Did some research into what's the route symptom of the issue. It appears that for some reason, it is reading in an extra byte before the data stream packet, and it is always a value of "01" coming in. Found a workaround. It seems like if the Definition (XDF) is in the same folder as the tune (BIN) this issue shows up. Create a new folder and put the definition (XDF) in there and the issue goes away.

Try just simply reloading the XDF then re-save the bin. If it doesn't give you trouble then yours is giving you the same problem I have. It has persisted from 5.00.8853 into 5.00.9107

Not sure what you mean by custom Checksum Plugin exactly. It will come up with "TunerPro Default Checksum Plug-in" and calculator is "sum" but only when I reload the same xdf, otherwise its blank when I open the program.

Either way, my def, bin and daq were E-mailed.

When I open TP, it defaults to the last bin/xdf of course. but if I go and hit save bin, I'll get an error "Error - One or more checksums could not be updated. Check checksum addressing, etc, for validity" If I just simply...
