TPRTv5 crashes when loading log files

TPRTv5 crashes when loading log files

I've had this issue for awhile now, every time the app is updated I hope that it will fix my issue, but it never has, even as of the latest 5.00.8606.00.

Once the app is open, I have the EE_Auto.adx (or _Manual) definition loaded, which I downloaded from the main Definitions section on the website. Then I go to Acquisition->Load Log File and choose an .xdl that someone has sent me (I've tried several, all of which work for the people sending them to me). About 1/2 of the way through the loading bar filling up, the app will crash in Windows with the standard "xxx has stopped working" pop-up window and the following data under "problem details":

This is on a Windows 7 x64 machine.

Any ideas? I'd really like to be able to play back log files again... it did work in the past, maybe with TPRTv4, but this started somewhere along the line.
